This page explains what happens to the details you share through the enquiry forms, call buttons and WhatsApp links on the DAMAC Islands page operated by M&A Ventures. This page is not the developer's official website; DAMAC Islands is a project of DAMAC Properties, Dubai.

What we collect

• Your name, your mobile number with its country code and, if you choose to give it, your email address.
• The home you are interested in and which button or form you used to reach us.
• Campaign attribution data attached to your visit, such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers, along with the page URL and the time of your enquiry.
• Standard usage data collected by analytics tools, such as sections viewed, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Why we collect it

• To call you back and send you the price list, payment plan, floor plans and project documents you asked for, and to arrange a video walkthrough or a visit to the developer's sales centre.
• To keep a record of your enquiry in our customer relationship management systems so a sales advisor can follow up.
• To measure which campaigns bring genuine enquiries, so our advertising is spent sensibly.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is stored with M&A Ventures and its authorised sales team. It may be shared with the developer, DAMAC Properties, or its appointed sales office for the purpose of your enquiry about DAMAC Islands. We use third party services to store enquiries, send messages and run analytics and advertising, and these providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a form on the page you authorise M&A Ventures and its representatives to contact you about this project by call, SMS, email and WhatsApp, including where your number is registered under DND or NDNC. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to the email address below. Our sales number for this project is +91 74116 62228.

Cookies and tracking

The page stores the campaign tags of your most recent ad or campaign visit (UTM parameters and ad click IDs such as gclid or fbclid) in first party cookies named ppl_dmi_* for up to 90 days, and in session storage for the visit, so that your enquiry is credited to the campaign that brought you. Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity (which records how the page is used, including session replays with form fields masked) may set their own cookies. The developer's film is played from YouTube in privacy enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play, and the location map is embedded from Google Maps; Google may set cookies or receive your IP address when they load. The hero film and all images and fonts are served from this site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the enquiry forms still work without them.

Terms and Conditions of this page (*T&C apply)

• This page is published by M&A Ventures, an Authorised Channel Partner for DAMAC Islands. It is not the developer's official website, and the project, the homes and the booking are the developer's: DAMAC Properties, Dubai.
• Prices marked * are the developer's published starting price (AED 2,750,000 onwards on 24 September 2026). Every other price is shared on request, and all prices change with each release and are subject to availability; the developer's price list and sales agreement prevail.
• Sizes, plans, specifications, amenities and the payment plan are as published by the developer, are approximate and may change as approvals are received. Nothing on the page is an offer or a contract.
• All images and films are the developer's conceptual renderings, not photographs of completed homes, and are indicative only.
• Golden Visa eligibility is decided by the UAE government on the buyer's own application; the page only reports that the developer lists the community as eligible.
• Road distances are measured on Google Maps (driving, first route) on 24 September 2026 and are approximate; travel times depend on the route and the hour.
• Buyers pay the developer's price with no brokerage charged to the buyer by M&A Ventures.
• Submitting a form on the page means you agree to be contacted about DAMAC Islands by M&A Ventures and its representatives by call, SMS, email and WhatsApp, even if your number is registered under DND or NDNC (see "Consent to be contacted" above).

Advertising measurement

When you enquire, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your phone number, and of your email if you give one, may be sent to Google Ads through Google Tag Manager to measure which ads bring enquiries. Google receives the hashed values, not the readable details.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on your interest and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@markanthony.in.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies to enquiries made through it.
